I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a truck
I drove 4 hours round trip to buy a truck from Fesler and then spent the entire day there. This deal was one hurdle after another but Max was unreal. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Max, as well as Blake, made it a good time while there and every single issue that came up….they fixed. These two are both honest and trustworthy and they know what they’re doing. I have never seen a “used car salesman” I could trust until now. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a truck to stop and Fesler before going anywhere else. Fesler will be the only place I go for future purchases.

Let me tell you about Blake and Max Fesler. These brothers are so down to earth and genuinely nice guys. Warm welcoming as soon as you step in the place and very attentive to what you're looking for. They let test drive a car and instantly fell in love with the car. They offered water to me and my husband. I have to say this was by far the easiest car sale that I ever experienced in my life and all I want to say is Thank you fellas for being so wonderful. I would advise anyone looking for the best customer service and want to buy a car please go check out these guys right here, you won't be disappointed with their customer service skills. I will be getting my next car from these guys in Pendleton, IN. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you for your excellent customer service Blake and Max. You're friends with The Jett Family now.

They will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable
I can not say enough good things about Max and the team at Fesler Auto. He went way above and beyond any and all expectations in helping my son with his first auto purchase. We knew it would be a challenge since he is 18 with very little credit, and we live a little over 2 hours away, but he was very informative on the credit process and assisted with finding the right truck for him that fit in his budget, and what he was wanting. He made sure to communicate through the whole process, as well as send us all details of truck and plenty of additional pics and videos so we knew for sure it was what he was looking for and we would not run into any surprises with finance or truck when we arrived. My son does not get off until 3:30 and then the two hour drive meant we were not going to be up there before they close, but max said don't worry about that, and to take our time getting up there he will stay open and wait for us. Once we arrived the truck was even better than we expected, and he already had all the financing done and ready for us. I highly recommend Max and Team at Fesler Auto. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase and these guys know their trucks. The lot is full of gorgeous trucks, and I know we will be going back to buy another truck in the future!
